Friday at the breakfast table

Hmm... It's been a couple dayts since I added a post. I wish I could blame busy-ness, but I'm ashamed to say I've been on the PS/2 with Jonathan playing Ratchet and Clank the last several nights until later than I should have. And sleeping in a bit.

Thursday night, Jonathan's friend Etienne spent the night. At breakfast on Friday I snapped a few photos. First I took one of the boys. Don't they look well rested! And then, as I looked at my environment, I saw all of the evidences of the talibé ministry. There were two medical record cards with a pair of scissors on the table in front of me. And to my left, by the door to the outside, sat the medical kit for first aid, waiting for the first arrival. And when I went to make the boys more crêpes, there on the stove next to me was the monster-size pot of hot millet cereal simmering away! For Jane and I, home life and ministry are integrated. And that is good, though not always orderly or convenient perhaps!
